Executioner's Tower

Beschreibung

This tower stands at the site where Deltras, the Elyos Daeva, was executed. After lying abandoned for some time, it is now used by the fake Fate Archons to imprison internal dissidents and those Fate Archons who refused to submit to High Priest Sigebert.
